Directions
Heat oil in a sauce pan.
Add the rice and spices to the pan and toast slightly.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes.

Made this with the Moroccan chicken. I added a touch more turmeric and cardamom, because I like them.
