Shirley’s Coleslaw

Shirley’s sister developed this recipe and it apparently tastes just like A&W coleslaw.

Ingredients

1/4 cup
mayonnaise
1/4 cup
canola oil
3 tbsp
Sugar (you can also use a sugar substitute like splenda or stevia)
1
small cabbage, chopped (use both red and green cabbages for a colourful dish)
1
large carrot, grated

Directions

Mix the mayonnaise, canola oil and sugar to make the dressing then pour over shredded salad mix. Serve chilled.
